Prepare Your Plush
Place the stuffed animal in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
